Self-Serve is a monthly workspace plan for teams that run ads in their own Meta account. You create Soundlinks in Soundlink. You run the ads. Soundlink verifies real Spotify listens and counts them against your plan. It is not a Soundlink-funded campaign. Campaigns you launch through Soundlink still use the credit wallet. Those listeners are billed separately and do not count toward this cap.

Where to find it

Open Settings → Subscription.
  • Usage — New listeners on Soundlinks shows how many new listeners this billing cycle used of your cap
  • Manage plan — the Self-Serve tab lists plans and their listener caps
  • Pricing — the same plans on Pricing
If the plan cap is not enough for this cycle, a workspace owner or admin can buy extra listeners from Settings → Subscription.

How it works

  1. Create your Soundlinks — landing pages that send fans to Spotify.
  2. Run your own Meta ads — your ad account, creative, and budget. Point the ads at the Soundlink URL.
  3. We count real listeners — every verified Spotify listener, counted up to your monthly cap.

What counts

Who is a new listener, and who is never counted twice on the same Soundlink.
