The credit wallet is a prepaid balance in US dollars for your workspace (organization). You add credits by topping up, then spend them when you launch or renew campaigns. Credits live at the workspace level — they are shared by everyone in the organization, not tied to a single user account. The Credit Wallet is available to every Soundlink organization.

Where to find it

Open Settings → Credit wallet & payment methods. This page combines:
  • Current balance — available credits right now, with the date last updated
  • Saved payment methods — cards and other methods saved to your workspace
  • Auto-recharge — settings for automatically topping up your wallet
  • Upcoming renewals — wallet-funded campaigns renewing in the next 7 days
  • Activity — a full log of top-ups and deductions, with the date, event, related campaign (if any), amount, and running balance after each transaction
You can also see your wallet balance when creating a new campaign, or on a wallet-funded campaign’s row in your dashboard.

What you can do with credits

Paying for a new campaign

New paid growth campaigns use a single wallet-first payment on the Review step:
  1. Soundlink shows your wallet balance and the first-cycle total.
  2. If balance covers the total, create debits the wallet and launches the campaign.
  3. If balance is short, use Top up wallet on Review (add a backup card first if you do not have one yet).
There is no separate “pay with Stripe subscription” option in this flow. Saved cards are for topping up the wallet and for auto-recharge on renewals. See Paying for campaigns.
