What the User should know at a glance: some provisions may apply only to certain categories of Users (for example, Consumers). Where limitations apply, they are explicitly mentioned in the affected clause. Otherwise, clauses apply to all Users.
Terms of Use
Unless otherwise specified, these terms of use apply generally when using this Application. Single or additional conditions of use or access may apply in specific scenarios and will be indicated within this document. By using this Application, Users confirm the following requirement: there are no restrictions for Users in terms of being Consumers or Business Users.
Account registration
To use the Service Users must register or create a User account, providing all required data truthfully. Failure to do so will cause unavailability of the Service. Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and must choose strong passwords. Users are fully responsible for all activities under their username and must promptly inform the Owner if they suspect any breach or theft of personal information or credentials.
Account termination, suspension and deletion
Users can terminate their account at any time by contacting the Owner via the contact details in this document.
The Owner may suspend or delete User accounts at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice, if accounts are deemed inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms. Such suspension or deletion does not entitle Users to compensation or reimbursement and does not exempt Users from paying applicable fees where the cause is attributable to the User.
Content on this Application
Unless otherwise specified, all content on this Application is owned or provided by the Owner or its licensors. The Owner uses reasonable efforts to ensure content does not infringe applicable laws or third-party rights. Users may report issues using the contact details provided.
Rights regarding content on this Application: all rights reserved. Users may not use content beyond what is necessary or implicit for proper use of the Service. In particular, Users may not copy, download, share, modify, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, transfer, or create derivative works from content, nor allow a third party to do so. Where explicitly stated, Users may download or share certain content for personal and non-commercial use, provided attributions are preserved. Statutory limitations or exceptions to copyright remain unaffected.
Access to external resources
Users may access external resources provided by third parties. The Owner has no control over such resources and is not responsible for their content or availability. Conditions applicable to third party resources derive from their own terms or, absent those, applicable law.
Acceptable use
This Application and the Service must be used within their intended scope, under these Terms and applicable law. The Owner may take measures to protect its interests, including denying access, terminating contracts, or reporting misconduct to authorities, if Users:
- violate laws, regulations, or these Terms;
- infringe third-party rights;
- impair the Owner’s legitimate interests;
- offend the Owner or any third party.
Software license
All intellectual or industrial property rights on software or technical applications embedded in the Service are held by the Owner or its licensors. Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Owner grants Users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use the software within the scope and purposes of this Application. No rights to source code are granted. License grants terminate upon termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Liability and indemnification
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the Owner’s liability for damages in connection with the Agreement is excluded, limited or reduced to the maximum extent permitted. The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising from violations of these Terms, third-party rights or statutory provisions connected to the use of the Service by the User or related parties, to the extent allowed by law. This also applies to claims by third parties related to Digital Products provided by the User.
Unless otherwise stated and without prejudice to applicable law, Users have no right to claim damages against the Owner. This does not apply to damages to life, health or physical integrity, breach of material contractual obligations, or damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, provided the Service is used correctly. Where applicable law provides higher consumer protection, such standards prevail.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner disclaims all conditions, representations, and warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Owner does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, absence of viruses, or accuracy of content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, or for issues arising from hacking, unauthorized access, interruptions, bugs or viruses. Where jurisdiction does not allow certain exclusions or limitations, those exclusions may not apply to the User.
Service matters
The Owner may interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates or changes and may suspend or discontinue the Service. If discontinued, the Owner will cooperate to enable Users to withdraw personal data where required by law. Service availability may also be affected by force majeure events.
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of this Application or Service without prior written permission.

All trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos appearing in connection with this Application remain the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors.
Changes to these Terms
The Owner may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed appropriately. Changes apply from the communicated date. Continued use signifies acceptance. Users who do not accept must stop using the Service. Prior versions can be obtained from the Owner where applicable.
Assignment of contract
The Owner may transfer or subcontract rights or obligations under these Terms, considering the User’s legitimate interests. Users may not assign their rights or obligations without written permission from the Owner.

Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Where required, invalid provisions will be reformed or replaced by applicable statutory provisions. For EU/UK/CH/NO/IS users, void provisions will be substituted by statutory rules unless essential to the Agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the place where the Owner is based, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If the User’s local law provides higher consumer protection, such standards prevail. Venue of jurisdiction is the courts where the Owner is based, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise (e.g., for European Consumers or Consumers in Brazil).
