Your current balance is the amount of credits available to spend right now. Every change — top-up, campaign charge, or refund — is recorded in your ledger (Activity on Settings → Credit wallet & payment methods).

Balance basics

  • Balance is stored per workspace, not per user.
  • Amounts are in US dollars, shown with two decimal places.
  • The balance updates after successful top-ups (manual or auto-recharge), campaign charges, and refunds.
If the page cannot load balance or history, you may see a partial-error banner. Retry refreshing the page or contact support if the issue persists.

Ledger events

Each row in Activity includes a date, event type, amount, and balance after that transaction. Campaign-linked rows may include a link to the related campaign when available.

What reduces balance

Credits are deducted when you:
  • Create a campaign — the full first cycle is charged upfront (daily budget × campaign duration).
  • Renew a wallet campaign — the next cycle total (including Ad fees) is debited when renewal succeeds.
  • Increase an active wallet campaign’s budget — credits pay for the budget increase (see Campaign budget changes).

What increases balance

Credits are added when you:
  • Complete a wallet top-up — payment from a saved method succeeds.
  • Auto-recharge runs — Soundlink charges your active method because balance was short for a renewal (or similar automation).
  • Stop or end a campaign with unused spend — unspent credits for the cycle return to your wallet based on actual ad spend.
  • Lower an active wallet campaign’s daily budget — unused budget for remaining days is refunded to your wallet.
  • Reverse an unapplied campaign budget increase — if a budget increase could not be applied, credits may be refunded.

Workspace plan and Ad fees

Your Soundlink workspace plan includes Ad fees used when calculating some wallet charges — especially renewals and campaign budget changes. The fee does not change your stored balance when you upgrade or downgrade a plan; it affects how much is debited on those operations. See Renewals for how fees apply on renewal cycles.
