Top up adds credits to your workspace balance. Each top-up is a one-time payment — it is not a subscription. You only pay when you choose to add credits, or when auto-recharge charges your active card for you.

How to top up

  1. Go to Settings → Credit wallet & payment methods.
  2. Click Top up wallet.
  3. Choose a preset amount or enter a custom amount.
  4. Select a payment method from the list (any saved method that is not detached).
  5. Click Top up wallet to charge that method.
Credits are added after payment succeeds. Your balance and ledger update shortly after. If you have no saved method yet, Soundlink prompts you to add a payment method first, then continue to top up.

Amount limits

Preset amounts in the app are 100∗∗,∗∗100**, **250, 500∗∗,and∗∗500**, and **1,000. You can also enter a custom amount within the limits below. Amounts outside this range cannot proceed.

Top up during campaign creation

You can also top up without leaving the campaign creation flow. If your wallet balance is too low on the Review step, a Top up wallet (or Add backup card & top up) action appears. Completing the top-up brings you back to finish creating the campaign.

After payment

  • Credits appear in your ledger as a topup event.
  • If you have wallet campaigns in renew failed status with auto-renew still on, Soundlink may retry renewal after your balance increases.
Top-up credits are for your workspace only. They cannot be transferred to another workspace or withdrawn as cash.

Cancelled or failed payment

If you cancel before paying, or payment fails, no credits are added and your balance stays the same. Try again or contact support if the problem continues.
